RainSong Guitars has made the difficult decision to say goodbye.

Our owner is retiring, and we will be closing our doors permanently in the coming months.
After decades of innovating, building carbon fiber acoustic guitars, and having such incredible and loyal customers, this is a difficult next step. But with so many fantastic acoustic guitar builders today, we leave the industry in great hands. It has been our honor to play a small role in the history of the instrument and to have connected with so many of you through the years. Thank you to every single one of you who has purchased and played a RainSong guitar. It’s been our pleasure to have you as part of the RainSong family all these years.
The good news is that it means fantastic discounts! Beginning immediately, we are selling all of our current inventory and other assets. We are also completing the guitars already in process, adding them to inventory as they are available. All sale items will appear on our website, so check back frequently for availability and pricing.
Here’s to what lies ahead!

Moving Forward & Remaining Inventory
Our final guitars will be of the same premium quality and craftsmanship as every RainSong before, but once inventory is gone, no new guitars will be made. We remain committed to giving you the customer service that you deserve throughout our final days. There will, however, be some necessary policy changes, as we’ve laid out below.
If you have an interest in other assets or bulk purchases, please email customerservice@rainsong.com.
Please note the following policy changes:
All sales are final
Only in-stock items available for purchase
No backorders accepted
Prices subject to change without notice
Warranty/Return policies are suspended indefinitely
No custom orders accepted

I have been playing acoustics for over 60years and have owned them all. I retired, sold all but one guitar to take on the never ending road with me . A RainSong 25. Great, great guitar. The older I get, the harder it is for me to play but this guitar is an easy, comfortable , well built, incredible sounding and a joy to play. Thank you RainSong and happy retirement. My grandson will be cherishing it for long after the road trip ends.
Such sad news. RainSongs have been my main touring guitars for over a decade now, and they will continue to be for the foreseeable future. Here's to your future, Ashvin, Dave, and crew. You have my gratitude.
This is devastating news. My favorite guitar company. I will be sad to see you go. I wish you all the best in the future and thank you for everything.
I was sorry to hear that RainSong was closing its doors, but having recently retired myself, I get it. I am so glad that I purchased a Black Ice LE1 (SN 20996). I absolutely love this guitar and know that it'll be my faithful companion as I travel wherever the wind takes me (I'm a vanlifer now). I wish everyone at RainSong a very Merry Christmas and a bright future, whatever may come in this next chapter of your lives. Thank you all for a beautiful instrument and, again, I'm so glad that I got one when I did.
I put off buying a Rainsong for years because I couldn’t afford it. When I heard the shop was closing, I had to get one. Come to find out, the shop is only 40 minutes away from my house. needless to say, I have my Rainsong now and it’s amazing. I’m so sad to see them go as they are the absolute best when it comes to graphite guitars. I was able to talk to the owner for a while and he seems like a really great guy. hope everything goes smoothly for everyone at Rainsong.
